Commercial and fleet vacuums generally do not include graphics, decals, acceptors, theft deterrents, lighted domes or lights and flashing displays or time remaining alerts. These features are just not needed for this type of vacuum. The features that are needed and desired are high suction, large filter capacity, easy access cleanout, simple service or maintenance and especially heavy duty components and durable construction.

The commercial and fleet vacuum must be able to work hard all day long. Many times not being shut off for the entire work shift. It must be able to do the job quickly for that entire time and require only the least amount of attention. The tank must be able to be cleaned quickly with little effort. Commercial and fleet vacuums may also run quieter for user comfort.

Options on the commercial and fleet vacuum are generally limited to an On/Off switch or not.
